  • Our collection is comprised of one-of-one pieces. Many are unavailable anywhere else for purchase or to rent. We are constantly sourcing new items and believe in the excitement of sharing the most incredible luxury closet with all fashion lovers.

  • Your rental period is one week from the moment it leaves our showroom until it arrives back. For online orders, we recommend scheduling your shipment date for 2-3 days before your event to allow ample time for arrival and then packing and sending your order back to us with your prepaid label the day after your event.

  • If your rental doesn't fit as expected, contact us immediately to discuss temporary alterations. If that won’t work, return it to us within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly issue a store credit for the full rental amount or ship an available replacement size or alternative look in time for your event.

  • Returning is simple and seamless. For online orders, pack your items back into the reusable box or shipping bag provided, apply the prepaid return label included with your order, and drop off the package at your local shipping carrier the day after your event.

  • No, leave the cleaning to us! We take full responsibility for professional dry cleaning and garment maintenance after every rental to ensure sustainable care and longevity for each piece.

  • We want you to enjoy dressing like you own it, but we ask that you treat your items with care, as you would your own. We pride ourselves on preserving even the most delicate vintage items. Please return all garments in the same condition you received them. Upon return, our team will inspect the item and determine if additional cleaning or repair fees apply. If the item is irreparable, a full replacement fee will be applied.
